Clear. is a Dublin-headquartered data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions across Europe.

They are currently delivering multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, with over 430 MW of IT load in flight. The role seeks a mechanically qualified professional to lead on site activities, risk assessments, and commercial governance within a fast-paced data centre construction environment in Finland.

Qualifications

• Relevant mechanical qualification essential (B.Eng, City & Guilds, HNC/BTEC or NVQ).
• Experience in mechanical and electrical contracting environments is desirable.
• Data centre experience is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Collaborative team working environment with career progression.

Responsibilities

• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities.
• Communicate with project team to sequence installation of pipework to meet schedules.
• Assess and manage the project commercially from estimating handover to procurement.
• Assist with documenting changes to the scope and monthly valuations.
• Manage project schedule with a two-week look-ahead in coordination with the team.
• Ensure labour requirements align with the project programme.
• Ensure compliance and governance, including health & safety on site.
• Review and improve ways of working to enhance safety and housekeeping.
