Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Vantaa campus in Finland seeks a Manager, Supplier Quality & IQC to lead supplier quality management and the incoming quality control team. You will drive supplier performance, support NPI projects and coordinate audits across a global supplier network.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Production and other stakeholders, ensure alignment with EQMS guidelines, and guide risk management and corrective actions while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in quality with at least 5 years in supplier quality.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering.
• Proven track record in supplier quality management and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the plant Supplier Quality team and incoming material quality control.
• Drive supplier quality across NPI, PPAP, FAI and core tools.
• Lead supplier quality audits, assessments and performance reviews.
• Manage supplier quality performance, non-conforming materials and corrective actions.
• Drive supplier performance improvement and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Support customer claims handling and supplier-related quality issues.
• Develop Supplier Quality practices and lead system development projects.
