Based in Espoo, Finland, or Düsseldorf, Germany, you will lead market assessments, regulatory positioning, and cross-functional collaboration with Public Affairs, Market Intelligence, and commercial teams to shape long-term strategy.

You will translate complex technical topics into actionable market insights and contribute to policy positioning

Qualifications

• M.Sc. degree in Market Development or related field.
• 5+ years in market assessment, regulatory positioning, or market development.
• Proven expertise in Chemical Industry, Public Affairs, Energy Sector or Regulatory Environment.
• Strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders and ability to influence across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments and write market reports.
• Shape regulatory positioning and define market segmentation for sales prioritization.
• Support advocacy positioning for polymers and chemicals (Mass Balance; shift to mandated market conditions).
• Translate complex technical topics into targeted content for public affairs and advocacy teams.
