Krosswise, based in Finland, is hiring a Senior/Lead AI Factory Architect to build our Factory capabilities and lead client deliveries. You will shape architecture, tools, and processes to scale agentic development while ensuring outcomes meet commitments.

In this role, you will work with experienced teams, influence the product direction, and help clients adopt Factory capabilities. The role offers a flexible hybrid model across Tampere or Helsinki locations.

Your role

We are looking for a Senior / Lead AI Factory Architect to build Krosswise AI's Factory capabilities and lead the client deliveries produced with them. You will work in an experienced team where agentic development is not an experiment but the way we work.

In this role, you will develop the Factory's architecture, tools, and ways of working that allow agentic development to scale reliably. You will lead client deliveries and be responsible for ensuring that the outcome is what was promised. When needed, you will also help clients adopt Factory capabilities for their own use. We've been building our capability for a while now and our core team is running at full speed, yet we're still early enough that you will have a real say in what Krosswise AI looks like tomorrow.

What we expect

• You are an experienced software professional who has worked in a Lead Developer / Architect role in recent years.
• You have strong experience in agentic software development (agentic SDLC).
• You have the ability and desire to lead demanding development projects in a technical role.

Experience and expertise in the following will be considered an advantage:

• Strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing the lifecycle of agentic AI solutions
• Experience and insight in delivering digital and AI solutions for sovereign environments
• Previous experience in a consulting role
• Experience, vision or interest in leading change

Due to the nature of our projects and our strong sense of community, we work in a flexible hybrid model, which means being prepared to work at our office in Tampere (GO21 building) or Helsinki (Aleksanterinkatu) when needed. If you’re based in the Turku region, we’d be glad to hear from you too.
