Responsibilities

• Develop IT service management practices and external support setup with stakeholders.
• Lead external service delivery and transform supplier agreements into reliable services.
• Ensure services meet business-driven SLAs and reliability targets.
• Establish IT service governance forums for clear decisions and actions.
• Collaborate across the IT ecosystem to improve efficiency and business focus.
• Drive continuous service improvement and turn insights into measurable results.
• Own IT service cost centers budgeting, forecasting and cost performance.
• Coordinate evolution of the IT Service Management platform to enable smoother operations.
