Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computing or engineering with relevant professional experience.
• Experience in managing Drupal-based operations and CiviCRM integration.
• Cloud certification and ability to move legacy solutions to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT leadership and manage day-to-day operations of the team.
• Implement UNU-wide ICT solutions and standards locally.
• Lead technical development and maintenance of web and systems ecology.
• Maintain and advance ICT infrastructure and services with best practices.
• Build partnerships to support ICT needs and mitigate security risks.
• Ensure disaster preparedness and conduct regular testing.
• Oversee ICT investment planning and procurement with detailed specs.
• Guide and supervise junior staff and consultants.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
