Job summary

Epical is a Nordic data consultancy focused on digital trust, seeking an IAM Domain Architect to lead the design of Identity and Access Management architectures for our clients, translating business requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical specialists to shape IAM strategy, governance models, roadmaps, and implementation guidance across lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, PAM, and Zero Trust

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise IAM architectures and roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into secure IAM solutions.
• Experience with identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Proficient in engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of IAM architectures for client engagements.
• Collaborate with business, security, and technology teams.
• Develop IAM strategy, governance models and roadmaps.
• Guide implementations across identity lifecycle, PAM, and ITDR.
• Promote Zero Trust principles in client projects.
