Job summary

Epical Group is seeking an IAM Domain Architect to lead the design of Identity and Access Management architectures for clients. You will work with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical specialists to translate requirements into secure, scalable IAM solutions and shape roadmaps and governance models.

You will guide implementation projects across identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management while driving strategic identity

Qualifications

• Deep expertise within the IAM domain.
• Experience designing enterprise IAM architectures and roadmaps.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Experience translating business requirements into secure IAM solutions.
• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Fluency in Swedish or Finnish for local engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of IAM architectures for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure IAM solutions.
• Develop IAM strategy, governance models, and roadmaps.
• Guide implementation projects across identity lifecycle, privileged access management.
• Advise clients on modern identity and Zero Trust security models.
• Drive strategic identity initiatives to successful outcomes.
