Qualifications

• University degree with more than 7 years of industry experience.
• Experience with high-speed data converters, modern FPGAs, SoCs, and system theory.
• Hands-on experience with mixed-signal electronics and PCB design (layout and schematic required).
• Understanding of signal integrity and power integrity principles.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to learn about AI and tool development.
• Practical experience in industrial R&D environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Main responsibility is working with digital board designs.
• Define and drive specifications, component selection, and design strategies.
• Design activities across product lifecycle from concept to production support, ensuring performance and manufacturability.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners for cost-optimized designs.
• Ongoing learning and adaptation in a dynamic tech environment.
