Job summary

Keysight Technologies Finland Oy is seeking a senior hardware engineer to contribute to digital board design across the full product lifecycle. You will define specifications, select components, and drive design strategies to ensure performance and manufacturability.

You will collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams while keeping regulatory standards in focus. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in industry, deep knowledge of high-speed data converters, FPGAs/SoCs, and strong signal and power

Qualifications

University degree with more than 7 years of industry experience.
Experience in high-speed data converters, modern FPGAs, SoCs, and system theory.
Hands-on experience with mixed-signal electronic and PCB design (layout & schematic).
Understanding of signal integrity and power integrity principles.
Strong communication in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead digital board design activities across concept, schematic, and layout to validation and production support.
Define and drive specifications, component selection, and design strategies.
Design activities across the product lifecycle from concept to manufacturing support.
Ensure all electronic designs meet regulatory standards.
Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers throughout the lifecycle.
Work with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and providers to deliver cost-optimized designs.
Maintain continuous learning in a dynamic technology environment, including AI/tool development.
