Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Data Developer Experience team to build core services for the Data Platform. You will design, build Go-based services and possibly contribute to the plugin framework, CLI tooling, and the React frontend app, while ensuring robust, scalable operations.

You will work on a platform that handles data at scale, with a focus on performance, security, and reliability, collaborating across teams to deliver value in a modern tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing, building and operating large-scale distributed systems or platforms.
• Deep experience with Go and willingness to learn other languages as needed.
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of networking and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Designing features aligned with stakeholder needs using RFCs.
• Building Go-based services, plugins, CLI tools, CI/CD pipelines, or React frontends.
• Documenting high-quality markdown docs for users, AI agents, and maintainers.
