Job summary

Readpeak is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to own end-to-end media format services for our programmatic marketing platform. You will write code, collaborate with stakeholders, and ship low-latency services with AI-enabled development.

You will work with a team of engineers and product people to iterate on the product with real traffic, building scalable solutions for advertising tech in Helsinki-based offices.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production systems experience.
• Experience taking fullstack products from idea to production ownership.
• Solid understanding of media formats including video and embedded web content.
• Experience with AWS services (ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS, CDK, MediaConvert, CloudFront).
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain media services from ingestion through APIs to production deployment.
• Ensure service security, monitoring, and observability in production.
• Utilize AI development tools as part of daily workflow.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and data scientists to improve back-end systems.
• Ideate next generations of ad products and formats.
• Design systems to handle noisy real-world data.
