NestOS is our open, modular and interoperable platform that enables this at scale and keeps capability evolution under sovereign European control. Role Description
As a Senior Full Stack FDE, you manage the technical delivery and integration of NestAI’s autonomous systems for our partners. This is not a standard implementation role; it is a high-stakes engineering position where you tailor our products to the complex, real-world environments of our most critical partners.
This is not a traditional implementation or support role; it is a high-stakes full-stack engineering position. You will build, adapt, and scale modern web applications, decision-support interfaces, and backend integration layers directly against complex customer environments. We need a versatile software engineer who can jump into unfamiliar codebases, connect disparate software ecosystems, and deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences where software meets the mission.

Practicalities
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (including SUPO, where required).
Currently NestAI is focusing to hire talent already located in Finland, and this position requires occasional on-site presence and travel to customer sites. Remote work from abroad is not unfortunately possible.
