Job summary

Wolt is building a shared case-management system powering support across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will own end-to-end initiatives for backend services and internal tools, shipping scalable features, and collaborating with Product, Operations, Support, and Data teams.

You’ll design case creation, routing, queue management, audit history, and migration from legacy systems, while mentoring peers and raising engineering standards to deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• Production React and TypeScript experience.
• Designing and operating backend services, APIs and data models at meaningful scale.
• Ownership of complex, customer-facing or operations-critical projects from design to rollout.
• Experience using AI development tools to improve engineering productivity with validation for correctness and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level Case Management initiatives from discovery through rollout and ownership.
• Build scalable backend services and React-based internal tools for support operators.
• Design case creation, routing, assignment, transfers, audit history, notes and attachments workflows.
• Migrate traffic safely from legacy platforms while delivering feature parity across platforms.
• Write design documents, identify dependencies and risks, and plan parallel delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Support, Data, and other engineering teams to refine problems and roadmap.
• Raise quality through design reviews, observability, testing, incident response and documentation.
