Job summary

Groweo is building a senior in-house Product and Engineering team in Helsinki. We seek a Senior Frontend Engineer to shape frontend foundations, design system, and end-to-end UX using React and TypeScript.

You’ll own features from concept to production while influencing technical standards as the team scales. Based in the Helsinki region, you’ll enjoy an on-site Helsinki office with one remote day per week, health benefits, lunch allowance, and growth opportunities in a fast-moving AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience building beautiful, interactive frontends.
• Deep experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of component architecture and modern frontend development.
• Ability to take ambiguous problems, shape solutions and drive them forward.
• Strong eye for UX and attention to detail, plus experience with motion/animations.
• Proficient English communication.
• SaaS startup/scale-up experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve user experiences across Groweo's products using React and TypeScript.
• Create scalable frontend architecture, reusable components and design systems.
• Turn concepts into polished, performant, and accessible experiences.
• Own features end-to-end from user problem to production.

What you'll work on

You’ll build and evolve user experiences across Groweo's products using React and TypeScript, working closely with Product, Design and Backend Engineering.

Your Work Will Include

• Building conversational AI interfaces, dashboards that visualize complex data beautifully, and interaction patterns that feel intuitive
• Creating scalable frontend architecture, reusable components and design systems
• Turning concepts into polished, performant and accessible experiences
• Owning features end-to-end, from understanding the user problem to production
• Improving frontend performance, testing and development practices
• Helping define technical standards for the engineers who join after you

You’ll work with products handling large amounts of interaction data, real-time AI experiences and multiple product suites as we scale.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced frontend engineer who combines strong technical skills with product thinking.

You’ll Likely Have

• 5-7+ years of experience building beautiful, interactive frontends
• Deep experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of component architecture and modern frontend development
• The ability to take an ambiguous problem, shape the solution and drive it forward
• A strong eye for UX and attention to detail, as well as experience with motion and animations
• Professional proficiency in English
• Working with a SaaS product in a scale-up or startup environment isn’t required, but can be considered a plus

You need to be based in the Helsinki capital region and have a valid work permit for Finland. We don't currently offer relocation or visa sponsorship.

• 5,000–6,500 euros/month, depending on your experience
