Job summary

H&MV Engineering is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer in Finland to lead turnover planning and QCx activities for high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems. You will develop ITPs, review QA/QC and Cx plans, and mentor site teams across projects in Europe.

The role requires strong BIM360/ACC and QCx platform experience, fluency in English, travel within Europe, and a deep understanding of HV/LV installations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with BIM360/ACC project management platforms.
• Understanding of L1 to L5 Datacentre QCx Process.
• Good knowledge of Electrical installation of HV & LV Systems.
• Fluent on both spoken and written English (C level); other languages like German, Dutch or Norwegian are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop project turnover plans (ITP, QCx) in line with project requirements.
• Review and comment on project QA/QC plans and Cx plans.
• Build and implement a structured QCx plan for systems/subsystems.
• Create digital turnover packs using approved checklists and templates.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction, QA, commissioning and client teams.
• Maintain turnover logs, dashboards and status updates for stakeholders.
• Lead audits and inspections to ensure turnover readiness.
