Job summary

Moder.app is seeking a Senior Developer to join the Product & Engineering team in a hybrid role based in Helsinki, Finland, with remote options. You will work on the all-in-one resort management system, building intuitive UIs and scalable backend features, including ERP-like invoicing and reporting capabilities.

You will collaborate with the CTO and design leaders, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor teammates while integrating AI services into the product and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Must have production experience building apps with Vue or React and a backend framework (Laravel or Rails).
• Understanding of backend architecture and performance challenges.
• Willingness to use AI tools in development and processes.
• Clear English communication and user-centric UX orientation.
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features and improve Moder’s product.
• Participate in product design and technical architecture decisions.
• Write efficient and maintainable code using Vue and Laravel; integrate AI services.
• Collaborate with other teams to align product understanding.
• Review code, provide feedback, and mentor teammates when needed.
• Help evolve the tech stack to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
