Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
• Excellent development skills in Python.
• Experience with automated testing and backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, maintainable code.
• Participate in technical discussions and perform PR reviews.
• Mentor and empower other engineers.

Skills

Excellent development skills in Python

5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Valkey/Redis

Experience with backup solutions and strategies

Advanced understanding of Linux OS

Experience with automated testing

Distributed systems knowledge

Experience with performance improvements and bug fixes

Fluency in English
