Job summary

Advian is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build modern data solutions for energy and manufacturing sectors. You will work across the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and modelling to pipelines and production-ready cloud solutions, in a flexible, self-directed team.

You’ll collaborate with customers and fellow Advians to implement data platforms on AWS and/or Azure, build scalable data models, and handle IoT/streaming data, APIs, and modern data technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on data engineering experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Solid skills in Python and PostgreSQL
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data modelling and database design
• Experience working with IoT and/or streaming data
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions and take ownership
• Fluent English
