CO-WORKER TECHNOLOGY AB in Finland seeks an experienced Senior MarTech / Data Engineer to renew a marketing automation solution, focusing roughly 70% on data engineering and integrations and 30% on the technical development of MarTech solutions.

The role uses Databricks, Iterable Smart Sync, and Iterable. You will implement data flows from the data platform to the marketing automation system and translate business needs into technical delivery.

Competenze

• Very strong SQL and data engineering skills.

• APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Hands-on experience with MarTech or marketing automation solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior MarTech / Data Engineer to renew a marketing automation solution. The role focuses particularly on data engineering and integrations (approximately 70%) as well as the technical development of MarTech and marketing automation solutions (approximately 30%).

The technical environment consists of Databricks, Iterable Smart Sync, and Iterable.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Very strong SQL and data engineering skills
• Databricks or a similar modern data platform
• APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations
• Customer and event data modeling, transformation, and quality assurance
• Hands-on experience with MarTech or marketing automation solutions
• Ability to implement data and integration flows from the data platform to the marketing automation system
• Ability to independently take business needs through to technical implementation

Highly valued experience:

• Experience with Iterable and Iterable Smart Sync
• Experience with other marketing automation / customer engagement platforms, such as Braze or Bloomreach
• Experience in utilizing customer, behavioral, and event data in personalized marketing

Above all, we are looking for a senior-level hands-on implementer who is able to independently build data solutions and integrations as well as participate in the technical development of MarTech solutions. The role is not primarily an architect role, but requires strong hands-on development skills.

Finnish language skills are not mandatory but are considered an advantage. If only English speaking it must be a perfect match.
