Job summary

Leap29 is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a major Data Centre construction project in Vaasa, Finland. The role is on-site and permanent, with alternative arrangements subject to client approval, supporting the delivery of CSA and architectural fit-out packages.

You will coordinate subcontractors and site teams, manage programmes, budgets and safety, working closely with commercial, engineering and site management to ensure delivery against schedule and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive track record delivering major construction packages.
• Experience leading CSA and architectural fit-out on data centre or equivalent projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of CSA and architectural fit-out from construction through handover.
• Manage project programmes, milestones and resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site management, engineers and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, variations and risks to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and technical specs.
• Oversee procurement schedules and material availability.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Lead project meetings and progress reporting.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, commissioning interfaces and handover activities.
