Nebius Group is building a full-stack AI cloud platform with a global footprint and deep expertise in hardware, software and AI R&D. The Facilities Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team to operate and maintain critical facility infrastructure, ensure uptime, safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance, vendor management and budgeting.

The role reports to the Facilities Management function and focuses on operational excellence in large-scale data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related technical discipline.
• Master's degree is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in critical facilities or mission-critical operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation of all critical facility infrastructure.
• Ensure reliability of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Oversee 24/7 operational support, incident response, and escalation.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage CMMS and monitor equipment lifecycle; plan replacements.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and PTW/LOTO programs.
• Track KPIs and report on uptime, MTTR/MTBF, PUE and energy use.
• Coordinate vendor activities and manage budgets.
