You will lead the delivery of substantial CSA packages on large-scale technical developments, typically involving major groundworks, reinforced concrete and steel structures, and building envelope and architectural finishes. These are fast-track projects with complex interfaces, where strong subcontract leadership directly shapes programme and quality outcomes.
Working closely with the main contractor, client representatives and your own site, engineering and commercial teams, you will be the senior point of accountability for your package. The culture is practical, safety-led and delivery-focused, with empowered project leaders supported by an experienced senior management team.
