Job summary

GEDON is seeking a Senior CSA Project Manager to lead the delivery of major civil, structural and architectural packages on large-scale Finnish projects. You will own programme, cost, quality and safety outcomes, coordinating site, engineering and commercial teams to drive fast-track delivery.

Based in Finland with Nordic market exposure a plus, you will mentor teams and interface with main contractors, clients and design consultants, shaping delivery from mobilisation through handover on a

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager delivering CSA packages on large, complex projects.
• Strong background in civil, structural and architectural works, including groundworks, concrete, steel and envelope.
• Subcontractor-side delivery experience is highly desirable, with strong main contractor candidates also considered.
• Experience on data centre, industrial or other large technical facilities is highly beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Willingness to be based on projects in Finland; Nordic experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major civil, structural and architectural packages on large-scale projects in Finland
• Take overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality and safety performance across your package
• Manage and coordinate site management, engineering and supervisory teams, along with the wider supply chain
• Act as the senior interface with the main contractor, client representatives and design consultants
• Plan and control sequencing, resources and logistics, managing interfaces with MEP and other trades
• Work with the commercial team on cost control, change management and monthly reporting
• Drive a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with Finnish regulations and client standards
• Oversee quality management, inspections and handover documentation
• Mentor and develop project team members, supporting future leadership capability
