Job summary

Enersense Engineering in Helsinki, Finland seeks an experienced CSA Supervisor to lead and coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages on site, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and on‑time execution in line with project requirements.

You will supervise daily site activities, review drawings, manage subcontractors, support planning and scheduling, and drive safety and quality programs across the CSA scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision or similar site-based role.
• Experience with large-scale CSA works.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural activities.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors effectively.
• Understanding of safety and quality systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
