Job summary

Unikie is seeking a Senior Computer Vision & Graphics Software Engineer to join an exciting project at the forefront of automotive visualization technologies. You will work on next-generation camera-based visualization solutions that combine computer vision, real-time graphics and XR technologies for transparent displays and head-up display (HUD) systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in computer vision software development.
• Solid understanding of real-time 3D graphics and rendering pipelines.
• Proven experience with C++ software development.
• Experience working with Linux-based development environments.
• Understanding of application integration and system-level software development.
• Ability to work independently in a senior technical role, taking ownership of features and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software for camera-based visualization and transparent display solutions.
• Modify and adapt existing reference implementations for OEM-specific automotive use cases.
• Design and implement real-time graphics and rendering functionality for advanced display systems.
• Integrate computer vision outputs with graphics applications and user interfaces.
• Work with OpenXR-based runtime environments and applications.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including software, UX, system and integration engineers.
• Contribute to future platform development supporting multiple automotive display configurations.
• Participate in customer-specific solution development for automotive and potentially defence-related applications.
