g2 Recruitment is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across major infrastructure construction projects. The role focuses on implementing quality management plans, coordinating inspections, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a civil engineering degree, 7+ years in QA/QC on large-scale projects, and proven leadership, with fluency in Finnish and English to liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience in QA/QC within infrastructure, civil engineering, transportation, utilities, or large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and inspection processes.
• Experience managing project quality documentation, audits, and stakeholder interactions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English are required.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA/QC activities across major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement project quality management plans and QA/QC procedures.
• Review and manage ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities.
• Conduct quality audits and monitor compliance with specs and standards.
• Manage NCRs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all quality records and project documentation are maintained.
• Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and delivery.
