Job summary

GH Engage seeks a QA Manager for on-site leadership of quality assurance on multiple turnkey data centre projects across Europe. You will implement QA processes, conduct audits, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires 5+ years in construction QA, a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, and hands-on use of BIM360 Field. You will lead inspections, manage documentation, and support handover activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment.
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software.
• Experienced in personnel management, staffing and scheduling.
• Process driven with focus on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify quality control implementation.
• Ensure that on-site quality policies are understood, implemented and maintained.
• Generate project specific quality plans per requirements.
• Ensure subcontractors’ quality systems and plans meet company policies.
• Liaise with the client’s QA/QC representative to resolve issues.
• Supervise inspections, reports and QC documentation.
• Coordinate equipment calibration management activities.
• Coordinate Test Pack preparation and final handover docs for smooth delivery.
• Provide on-site guidance to staff for continuous improvement in feasibility.

The client specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a QA Manager to join our team.

Below is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out onsite.

Requirements

• Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality control
• Ensuring that the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site
• Generate project specific quality plans as per requirements
• Ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company policies
• Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved
• Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
• Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.
• Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover.
• Ensure necessary guidance and input are provided to on site staff for improvement to attain project feasibility
• Minimum of 5+ Years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects.
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software
• Experienced in personnel management, staffing and scheduling
• Process driven and focuses on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes
