Qualifications

• Experience leading business and technology transformation projects.
• Understanding of change management and the people side of transformation.
• Ability to connect project delivery to business outcomes and long-term value.
• Entrepreneurial, open-minded team player with facilitation and communication skills.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management and/or agile methodologies.
• Curiosity to explore new technologies and apply AI to create business value.
• Fluent communication in Finnish and English.
