Job summary

Patria Oyj seeks a System Specialist in Hämeenlinna to design and integrate C4I vehicle systems. You will lead sub‑assembly design, work with radio, camera, and information systems, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and project management.

The role emphasizes system‑of‑systems thinking, collaboration in Finnish and English, and delivering robust integration across diverse vehicle platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in design tasks such as automation, electronics, RF, or telecommunications design.
• Creativity and a solution‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to perceive interactions of entities in a system of systems approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in Finnish and English.
• Ability to manage complex wholes in integration projects.
• Understanding of 3D modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate various systems into Patria's vehicle platforms according to customer requirements.
• Lead designer for sub assemblies and act as technical expert with customers.
• Collaborate with system designers, electrical and mechanical interfaces, suppliers and project management.
• Report to customers and support procurement and project decisions.
