Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Business Analyst on a contract basis in a hybrid role. You will work with clients to collect, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for software solutions.

You will lead implementation projects, collaborate with product and development teams, and ensure successful delivery across SDLC. The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on client success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of business analysis experience in a technical environment with Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience in tax reporting or tax-related service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Lead product/service implementation and provide functional leadership.
• Drive analytical problem-solving for client-centric solutions.
• Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and partners during SDLC.
• Create data mappings, process flows, and requirement documents.
• Support QA to verify test outputs meet client requirements.
• Coach junior analysts and promote continuous improvement.
