Job summary

Pancake House Levi in Levi is hiring 6–7 new team members for the Winter Season 2026–2027. You will bake and decorate pancakes and serve customers in the dining area.

Join the Team at Pancake House Levi – Winter Season 2026–2027

Pancake House Levi, located in the heart of Levi, is looking for 6–7 new team members for the upcoming winter season. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love customer service and can keep smiling even during the busiest hours, we would love to hear from you.

The job includes a variety of restaurant duties: baking and decorating our pancakes as well as serving customers in the dining area. Previous restaurant experience is an advantage, but what matters most is a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive training, and every employee will learn both kitchen and front-of-house duties.

The work is physically demanding. Front-of-house staff use stairs frequently throughout the day, while pancake baking requires good arm strength and the ability to prepare several pancakes at the same time.

We are looking for reliable people who are committed to their agreed work shifts. You enjoy working as part of a team, take initiative and remain calm under pressure during the busy tourist season.

Since we welcome both Finnish and international guests, applicants should have at least a basic working knowledge of Finnish and be able to communicate in English. You do not need to speak fluent Finnish, but you should be comfortable using it in everyday customer service situations.

A valid Finnish Hygiene Passport is required for this position. If you do not already have one, it can usually be obtained in Finland before starting work. An Alcohol Serving Passport is considered an advantage.

Employment begins gradually from October 2026 and continues until approximately May Day 2027. The exact starting date will be agreed individually with each employee. Depending on business needs, there may also be an opportunity to continue during the following season after Midsummer 2027.

Salary is based on your experience, responsibilities and the Finnish collective agreement for the hospitality industry (Mara TES). Working hours will be agreed individually. Our restaurant is open daily from **12:00 to 20:00**.
