Job summary

Ammattiopisto Spesia hakee Pieksämäelle koulunkäynnin avustajaa. Tehtävässä ohjataan ja motivoidaan oppilaita oppimistilanteissa sekä tuetaan heitä muun muassa viestinnässä, pukeutumisessa, syömisessä ja liikkumisessa.

Työ alkaa sopimuksen mukaan viimeistään 24.8.2026 ja on osa-aikainen 30 tuntia viikossa. Työ on sisä- ja monialaisessa tiimissä, noudatetaan yksityisen koulutuksen työehtosopimusta ja maksetaan 1 681–1 930 euroa kuukaudessa.

• Tehdä moniammatillisessa tiimissä yhteistyötä oppilaiden läheisten kanssa.

Employment: fixed-term until June 4, 2027

Working hours: 30 h/week

What is this job about?

As a school attendance assistant, your task is to guide and motivate students in learning events and assist and support them, for example, in communication, dressing, eating, and movement. The students' functional capacity affects the type of help or support needed. You will work in cooperation with the students' close networks as part of a multidisciplinary team. The tasks are diverse and varied. In the role of a school attendance assistant, an encouraging and rehabilitative approach is needed to support the student's autonomy and identify strengths.

The work is part-time 30 h / week, except for the institution's holiday periods, during which work is not available. In remuneration and other terms of employment, we follow the collective agreement for the private education sector.

The salary range for the position is approximately €1,681 - €1,930 / month. The salary depends on the amount of previous work experience that brings essential benefit to the position. The mentioned salary range corresponds to the working hours (30h/week) stated in the announcement.

The person selected for the position must provide a criminal record extract in accordance with the Act on the Checking of the Background of Persons Working with Children and Adolescents (504/2002). We are a smoke-free employer.
