Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY GERMANY AG is seeking a SAP Expert team lead within the BU TR Hub EUC to train and harmonize SAP templates across 17 factories. You will drive global programs, ensure standard processes, and enhance efficiency through cross-functional collaboration and DTO alignment.

The role focuses on leading a team, coaching talent, and reducing local customizations while delivering measurable process improvements across the value chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business process management or digital program implementation in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in people management and development.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and motivate teams toward global harmonization practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Organization (DTO) to share best practices and drive commonality.
• Lead HUB activities and monthly update sessions with HUB management.
• Manage the Hub SAP Expert team and develop team members.
• Coach staff and provide training to develop new talent.
• Drive adoption of globally harmonized processes and minimize local customization.
• Communicate benefits of global processes to stakeholders and secure buy-in for changes.
• Assess risks related to change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
