Job summary

Orion Pharma, based in Espoo, Finland, is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Lead, Finance, to own the Finance SAP landscape, guide priorities, and lead end-to-end delivery across the SAP CoE and partners. The role combines hands-on SAP Finance expertise with solution ownership in a hybrid work model.

You will work with stakeholders across IT and business to shape the roadmap, drive improvements, and ensure compliance and alignment with the SAP roadmap. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in SAP work and more than 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP Finance expertise and understanding of end-to-end finance processes and related integrations.
• Experience in solution design and the ability to take ownership of complex topics and see the bigger picture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• The ability to lead and drive work forward while also being a strong team player.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work effectively across business, IT and external partner organizations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Additional expertise in SAC and OpenText solutions, including VIM and eArchive, is highly valued.
• Experience or strong interest in SAP Fiori, BTP, Joule and AI topics, Clean Core principles, SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud technologies is also considered a strong asset as we develop our SAP landscape towards the future.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and continuous improvement of SAP Finance solutions. Translating business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant SAP solutions.
• Owning the Finance solution roadmap, development backlog and lifecycle in alignment with business priorities and the wider SAP roadmap.
• Acting as the Finance Stream Lead in SAP projects and leading smaller development initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Supporting projects, enhancements, upgrades, testing and operational stability within the Finance solution area.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, process owners, key users, SAP experts and external partners.
• Following SAP innovations and identifying opportunities to improve solutions, processes and ways of working, with particular interest in SAP Fiori, Joule and AI-enabled capabilities, Clean Core principles, SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud technologies.
