Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks a senior Onsite SAP Finance Solution Architect for Finland. You will lead end-to-end S/4HANA Finance architecture across upstream, midstream and downstream value chains, and align finance processes with hydrocarbon accounting, JV, asset-heavy operations, procurement, maintenance, projects, and trading.

The role requires deep Oil & Gas domain knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to bridge business and AMS teams onsite in Finland.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with Finance modules
• Experience leading architecture for S/4HANA Finance in Oil & Gas
• Onsite bridge between business, transformation programs and AMS teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite SAP Finance Solution Architect for Finance, IT, ops, and executives in Oil & Gas
• Lead end-to-end S/4HANA Finance architecture across greenfield to rollout programs
• Translate business requirements into integrated SAP solutions and target state architecture
• Design and govern General Ledger, Controlling, Asset Accounting, Project Accounting, and financial close processes
• Guide integration of Finance with exploration, production, procurement, maintenance, and trading processes
• Drive Clean Core decisions and use SAP BTP for extensions, workflow, automation, analytics
• Identify value opportunities through workshops and transformation roadmaps
• Assess SAP Business AI, Joule, predictive analytics, and automation use cases across Finance and Oil & Gas
• Maintain governance, design reviews, risk management, and cutover readiness
• Mentor delivery teams and support pre-sales, estimations, proposals
