Job summary

Oracle Health & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to lead complex opportunities across Europe in a hybrid role. You will combine deep healthcare domain knowledge with Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise to demonstrate business value.

Travel across the Nordics and Europe is required as you collaborate with Sales, Partners, and customers, shaping solution roadmaps and guiding transformation programs in ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
• Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programs ideally within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPM Finance and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, or comparable cloud solutions.
• Ability to lead a multi-pillar solution (ERP & EPM & SCM, or ERP & EPM & HCM, or ERP & EPM & SCM & CX).
• Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud platforms.
• Fluency in English and European language(s) is essential; German is advantageous.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable.

• Support and drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer with domain experts.
• Use Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend innovative solutions.
• Ensure customers’ business requirements and motivations are fully understood.
• Present and articulate the value of Oracle Fusion ERPM/SCM/HCM/CX solutions to stakeholders.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor through workshops and engagements.
• Drive growth of Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications.
• Partner with Sales to articulate business value throughout the sales cycle.
• Overcome obstacles to help customers achieve outcomes.
• Continually develop skills across Oracle SaaS ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM/CX.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.
• Understand competitive landscape and address objections.
