Job summary

StaffPoint is hiring Christmas elves for the Metsäkartano Elf Café in Napapiiri, Rovaniemi. The role covers serving, cash handling, product sales, and maintaining a festive dining area with guest comfort in mind.

Season runs November 2026 to March 2027, totaling about 90 hours every 3 weeks. Optional shifts at other Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets sites may apply. Accommodation is provided through StaffPoint housing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar duties.
• Alcohol service and hygiene certificates required.

Job description

StaffPoint is hiring Christmas elves for the Metsäkartano Elf Café for the 2026-2027 winter season.

The Metsäkartano Elf Café is in Napapiiri and offers guests lunch, cafe and souvenir products, all in a festive Christmas setting.

The elf’s duties include serving, cash handling during their shift, and selling buffet and vitrine products and souvenirs, keeping the dining area clean, and ensuring guest comfort.

Work starts in November 2026 and continues to March 2027, with 90 hours per 3 weeks. Shifts may also occur at other Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets sites in the Rovaniemi area.

The employment relationship is with StaffPoint. The Lapland Hotels chain is a non-smoking workplace.
