Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт 1–2 года SDR/BDR, желательно в SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Ведение исходящих продаж и формирование воронки под заданный портфолио аккаунтов.
• Исследование целевых аккаунтов и лиц, принимающих решения, через ZoomInfo и LinkedIn.
• Создание персонализированных рассылок по email, звонкам, LinkedIn и на мероприятиях.
• Взаимодействие с CISO и лидерами в области безопасности в целях демонстрации ценности.
• Сотрудничество с Account Executive для квалификации возможностей.
• Постоянное обучение через коучинг, обратную связь и эксперименты.

Hoxhunt develops AI-driven human risk management products that combine personalized cybersecurity training, threat detection, behavioral science, and response tools to protect organizations from cyberattacks.

Задачи:

• Own outbound prospecting and pipeline creation for a defined set of accounts
• Research target accounts and decision-makers using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Create personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
• Engage CISOs and security leaders in value-driven conversations
• Collaborate with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities
• Learn continuously through coaching, feedback, and experimentation

Требования:

• 1–2 Years of experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in SaaS Native-level or fully business-proficient English
• Experience with cold calling and multi-channel outbound
• A coachable, resilient, and ambitious mindset
• Curiosity about cybersecurity and complex B2B sales
• Experience prospecting across multiple European markets

Условия:

• Monthly base salary of €3,000–€3,500 depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus
• The team works mainly onsite at the Helsinki office at least three days a week; during onboarding, office attendance is expected every day
