Job summary

H&M Kokkolassa etsitään Extra, on-call Sales Advisor - henkilöä asiakaspalveluun ja tuotetiedon jakamiseen. Tehtävässä kohtaavat asiakkaat, ja sinut opastaa tuotteiden valintaan sekä brändin arvoihin sitoutuminen.

Tehtäviin kuuluu myymälän päivittäinen siisteys, varaston hallinta sekä avaus- ja sulkemistehtävät. Työaika jakautuu arkipäiville sekä viikonloppuihin, ja työsuhde on on-call/Extra.

Qualifications

• Asiakaspalvelukokemus katsotaan eduksi.
• Tuotetiedon jakaminen ja asiakkaiden opastaminen myyntitilanteissa.

Responsibilities

• Tervehdit asiakkaat ja ohjaat heidät tuotteiden löytämisessä.
• Ylläpidät myyntialueen siisteyden ja järjestyksen sekä varaston kunnon.
• Autat myymälän avauksessa ja sulkemisessa sekä toimit suunnanmukaisesti.

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You will welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in line with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.

You will:

• Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
