Job summary

Crown is seeking Health & Safety Advisors to support a major mission-critical project in Vaasa, Finland. You will drive safety practices, lead risk assessments, site inspections and toolbox talks, and work with project teams to ensure robust safe systems of work on a rotational, international project.

The role requires 3+ years in H&S advisory within construction, with knowledge of EU/regulations and a European passport.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety with NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in Health & Safety advisory role within construction, roofing, cladding, façade or data centres.
  • Strong knowledge of EU and local health and safety legislation.
  • Proven ability to influence project teams and maintain high H&S standards on site.
  • Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to rotate and travel internationally; European passport required; full driving licence.

Role Overview

We are seeking multiple Health & Safety Advisors to join our team on a major mission-critical project in Vaasa, Finland. Applications are welcome from candidates across Europe.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely and to the highest standards, working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile European data centre project.

Person Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline, with a recognised professional qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a Health & Safety advisory role within construction, ideally in roofing, cladding, façade, or mission-critical/data centre projects.
  • Strong knowledge of EU and local health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Proven ability to influence project teams and maintain high H&S standards on site.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work on a rotational basis and travel internationally as required.
  • Currently based in Europe with a valid European passport.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Proactive, highly organised, and committed to promoting a positive safety culture.
