Job summary

Skylo Technologies is seeking a senior commercial-technical leader in Espoo to own IPX, hubbing, and partner ecosystem. You will manage contracts, service performance, escalation paths, and partner onboarding.

The role requires coordinating with international roaming operators and multiple internal teams. Based in Espoo, you will work onsite three days a week on a high-velocity global team, contributing to a growing direct-to-device satellite network that connects roaming customers and IoT

Qualifications

10+ years of roaming/wholesale roaming experience in a mobile operator or hub/IPX provider.
10+ years in carrier interconnect, wholesale roaming, IPX/GRX, or similar.
Senior-level ownership of strategic suppliers and complex partner relationships.

Responsibilities

Partner & Vendor Management: manage relationships with international roaming partner operators and life cycle of agreements.
Technical Coordination & Operations: coordinate opening of new roaming relationships and testing; oversee file/document exchange between operators (TAP/RAP, NRTRDE, RAEX).
Strategy, Commercials & Compliance: negotiate and maintain agreements; analyze roaming performance and define tariff/clearance strategies; ensure regulatory compliance; cross-functional leadership.
