Job description

A new high-end restaurant is due to open in Levi this year, in collaboration with North Pole Catering. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic restaurant manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the restaurant and will lead the team by example. You will play a key role in ensuring the customer-facing experience is high quality and coherent from service to ambiance and everyday operations. We value strong leadership, organizational skills, initiative, and a genuine passion for quality food, beverages, and exceptional customer service. You should be organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, yet approachable and a good team player. We especially appreciate the ability to take ownership of the whole operation, make decisions even in busy times, and build a functional and motivated workplace around you.
