Job summary

VaWid-Yhtiöt Oy in Tornio is seeking a restaurant manager for the Pancho Villa Express outlet, averaging about 90 hours per three weeks. The role requires leadership across front-of-house and kitchen and a proven track record in hospitality.

You will lead by example, ensure excellent customer service, guide your team through all shifts, and drive profitability. Training from managers and a friendly staff atmosphere are part of the opportunity to grow within Finland’s restaurant network.

We are seeking a restaurant manager for Tornio Pancho Villa Express restaurant, with an average of 90 hours per 3 weeks. Pancho Villa Express is the little sister of Pancho Villa, bringing tasty dishes to places Pancho Villa doesn’t usually reach. The menu features popular burgers, fresh salads, kids’ meals and more.

The ideal candidate has experience in a supervisory role and can work both front-of-house and in the kitchen. You are not afraid of responsibility, are diligent and reliable, and a seasoned professional in hospitality and customer service who can make both customers and staff feel at home. Lead by example and work with joy. You genuinely care about your work and colleagues, and you are prepared to work across all shifts—morning, evening and weekends. You are eager to learn and grow, and you can guide your team toward set targets while ensuring profitability.
