You will lead and develop the new Emergency Care and Comprehensive Security Research Group, which operates within the Faculty of Health and Well-being at Turku UAS. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and strengthening of the impact of the research, development and innovation (RDI) activities of the research group.WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?- We expect strategic expertise in research, development and innovation activities related to emergency care and comprehensive security, as well as in applying for RDI funding. - You have the ability to work in a goal-oriented and independent manner and to lead extensive development initiatives. - We expect national and international networks and the ability to build them. - We value broad experience in public authority operations. - The position requires a doctoral degree in a relevant field. - Good collaboration and interaction skills as well as excellent English language skills are required in the position.WHAT DO WE OFFER?We offer you a diverse and responsible role in a highly-skilled expert organization.
