Job summary

LUT University seeks a Funding Advisor to contribute to training, communication and coordination within Research Services. You will work with major national and international funding instruments, advise on budget planning and proposal preparation, and coordinate LUT's internal Research Grant Quest training programme.

The role is permanent with a six-month trial, based in Lappeenranta or Lahti with some travel and partial remote work. LUT offers a modern hybrid model and a 36.25-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required; a doctoral degree is an advantage.
• Experience with research funding, project preparation, communication, or training coordination is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and deliver LUT's internal research funding training programme (Research Grant Quest).
• Advise on budget planning, proposals, funding requirements and application processes.
• Communicate funding opportunities, deadlines and processes across the university.
