You’ll join projects focused on designing, coordinating, and optimizing multi-step agent workflows, collaborating with AI teams worldwide. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend or AI-heavy roles, strong software engineering fundamentals, and a track record of delivering production-grade, modular systems

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
