Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Build and maintain production-grade software with modular services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting.
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have additional relevant skills.
