Job summary

Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agent workflows. This freelance, remote position offers compensation up to $50 USD/hr, with the possibility of additional incentives and weekly payments.

You will contribute to building and evaluating multi-step agent coordination for AI systems. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend/AI automation, experience with modular software, and a track record of delivering production-grade results in live environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of backend engineering or AI automation experience.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation.
• Ability to work with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify root causes.
• Stress Test Agent under varied conditions.
