Job summary

UpCloud is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Finance team and help us make better use of data across the company. This is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys data, dashboards and analytics.

You will build dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, and help standardize BI practices. Based in Helsinki with a preference for in-office collaboration and opportunities to grow in ownership of BI tooling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with BI or data visualization tools
• Interest in dashboards and data-driven storytelling
• Analytical mindset with curiosity about business
• Attention to clear, consistent visuals and structure
• Understanding of data, metrics and dimensions
• Ability to work with stakeholders across the business
• Interest in developing common KPI and reporting standards
• Experience exploring data beyond dashboard building
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Relevant studies or degree in business/economics/IS/data analytics

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards for teams across UpCloud
• Work with stakeholders to translate questions into reporting
• Improve existing dashboards and reporting clarity
• Ensure consistent dashboard design and user experience
• Define and maintain common metrics
• Identify overlapped dashboards and simplify reporting
